Your manager's invitation sets your company and access. You choose your own password. Your email must be verified and your manager must approve before access is released.
One login per person. Gmail aliases can deliver separate invitations to the same mailbox; recovery remains shared by everyone with access to that mailbox.
Use the invitation from your flooring company. We send a verification link to your email, so a forwarded project URL alone never grants access.
Recover with three questions
This option works only if you previously saved three private answers to your account. Each question must match; answers are case-insensitive.
Use private answers that other people cannot guess. After too many attempts, recovery is temporarily blocked.
